QUANTITY

There are 3 pairs of gel invisi arch pads in each package.  One pair of clear, one pair of black and one pair of beige arch pads in each package.

MATERIAL

Medical-grade PU gel, with sweat wicking polyester anti-bacterial top layer.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Remove from the packaging, remove adhesive backing and place the thicker side of the arch pad in the arch area of the shoe.  Ensure that the pad is on the inside of the shoes.
