Wearing-In Instructions

Insert the pillows into your heels so they sit directly beneath the ball of your foot (under the metatarsal heads). Position them slightly forward of where your toes meet your foot. They should sit snugly and prevent any forward slippage.

Storage & Care Tips
  1. Prep the shoe. Make sure the inside of your shoe is clean and completely dry this is the key to a strong, lasting adhesive bond.
  2. Peel the backing. Remove the protective backing from the adhesive side of the pillow.
  3. Press into position. Stick the pillow adhesive-side down inside your shoe, positioning it under the ball of the foot just behind the base of the toes.
  4. Press firmly. Hold it down for a few seconds along the whole surface to make sure it bonds securely to the insole.
  5. Put your shoe on. Slip your foot in the textured surface grips against your foot while the adhesive keeps the pillow locked in place below.
  6. Leave it in. Once adhered, the pillow lives in the shoe just slip your shoes on and go every time after that.

  • Once adhered, leave the pillow in the shoe for repeated use no need to remove after every wear
  • If the surface of the pillow needs freshening, wipe gently with a damp cloth and mild soap avoid soaking or submerging while adhered
  • If removed from the shoe, wash gently with mild soap and warm water, rinse and air dry completely before re-adhering
  • Store shoes normally the adhesive is designed to stay bonded through regular wear
  • Replace when the adhesive starts to lift, the edges begin to peel or the cushioning feels less responsive
  • Keep out of reach of children
  • Due to hygiene reasons, returns or exchanges are not permitted on gel products
